1. Easy Travel Individual Travel Plan:

This plan can be bought for luxury trips or business travels. Apollo Munich provides five variants of this travel plan – Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Asian Region.
2. Easy Travel Family Insurance Plan:
Make your family vacation safe and secure with Easy Travel Family Insurance plan. A family member of an insured between the ages of 6 months to 70 years is covered by this policy. However, it insures two adults (spouse and self) and two children up to the age of 21 years. This plan comes with three variants – Silver, Bronze, and Asian Region.
3. Easy Travel Senior Citizen Travel Insurance Plan:
To make the travelling safer and easy for senior citizens, Apollo Munich has launched Easy Travel Senior Citizen Travel Insurance Plan. This plan is invented for the senior citizens ageing between 71 years to 80 years. The two variants of this plan are – Silver and Bronze.

Apollo Munich Travel Insurance Claim Process
In order the ensure a seamless claim process while abroad, the insured needs to follow the below mentioned steps and require submitting the below relevant documents:
1. Accidental Medical Expense (outside India):
Register claim at assistance company/TPA or email firstname.lastname@example.org. The company/TPA will verify the authenticity of the claim. In case of cashless claim settlement, TPA/Assistance company will directly settle the bills with hospitals. In case of reimbursement claim, TPA/Assistance company would check the documents and reimburse the amount.
Duly filled and signed claim form, copy of insurance policy, original bills/medical report/discharge summary/receipt of payments, passport/visa with entry and exit stamp, copy of boarding pass or ticket, date of treatment along with the list of prescribed medicines, price and receipt with a stamp from the chemist.
2. Total Loss of Checked-in Baggage:
Inform the airline authorities and register a complaint. Collect a PIR (Property Irregularity Report) from the airline stating the period of delay or loss. Fill in the claim form and submit along with the required documents. The documents need to be submitted within 15 days of return to India or before the policy expires.
Duly signed claim form, copy travel insurance, original flight ticket along with the boarding pass, passport copy containing exit and entry stamp along with baggage tags, copies of the communication with airline authorities/along with details of compensation received from airlines/other authorities (if any), PIR (clearly accepting the loss), sufficient proof of possession of goods contained within checked-in-baggage valued in Indian rupee, the equivalent of USD 100.
3. Repatriation of Mortal Remains:
Fill in the claim form and submit along with the required documents. The documents need to be submitted within 15 days of return to India or before the policy expires.
Duly signed claim form, policy copy, death certificate with the doctor’s report stating the reason for death, original bills of expenses with receipts incurred in airlines, burial details or other minor expenses along with bifurcation of expenditure, cancelled passport copy.
4. Loss of Passport:
Lodge a complaint with the local police & contact the Indian Embassy for obtaining a new passport. Fill in the claim form and submit along with the required documents. The documents need to be submitted within 15 days of return to India or before the policy expires.
Duly signed claim form, policy copy, police FIR/Report obtained within 24 hours of the incident, bills of expenses incurred for obtaining a new passport, copy of new passport and a copy of old passport (if available).
5. Personal Liability:
It is highly recommended not to involved in any compensation or any agreement with the third-party, register a liability claim right away immediately while abroad.
Duly signed claim form, original copy of the insurance policy, an application describing the incident including the personal liability, location, circumstances etc., passport and visa copies with exit and entry stamp, statement of the witness, if any, proof of judicial decision made by the court, copy of police report. The insurer may ask for other related documents as well.
6. Delay of Checked- in Baggage:
Inform the airline authorities and register a complaint. Collect a PIR (Property Irregularity Report) from the airline stating the period of delay or loss/period of hijack. Fill in the claim form and submit along with the required documents. The documents need to be submitted within 15 days of return to India or before the policy expires.
Duly signed claim form, travel insurance policy copy, original flight ticket with the boarding pass, copy of passport along with exit and entry stamp copies of baggage tags, PIR from the airline authority clearly mentioning the date and time of delay and delivery of the checked-in baggage, original bills of expenses towards purchasing personal items due to baggage delay.
